WESODI has extensive experience in the installation, replacement, and maintenance of all types of overhead and underground cable (including optical ground wire - OPGW).

Jerry Holland, Operations Manager... 35 years of Utility Experience
Jerry is Project Manager of the Line Construction, and the Line Locating Division. Jerry worked 3 years with Southern California Edison Company and 27 years with La Plata Electric Association, Inc. Jerry’s experience includes overhead and underground distribution construction, underground rural distribution fault locating and fault locating instructor, hotline instructor in aerial gloving and hot sticking, transmission construction and transmission hotline maintenance and fiber optic construction and design. He has designed distribution feeder lines, done load studies, job cost estimating and staking design.
