Kenny has twenty-five years of experience within the construction industry. His extensive knowledge of civil and underground utilities construction, trucking, and oil field services provides his clients with a valuable asset for project planning and construction management. His clients have included numerous municipalities and villages, State and Federal agencies, and energy companies. Notable responsibilities have included field superintendent for construction of twelve miles of HDPE waterline and associated facilities for the Village of San Jon, New Mexico; project manager for replacement of two miles of sewer system using the pipe bursting method for the Town of Vaughn, New Mexico; project manager for a sewer expansion project for the Village of Dulce, New Mexico; and project manager for a three and one-half mile extension of the Cortez, Colorado fiber optics system. Ken holds Colorado Level I licenses as a water plant operator and as a wastewater plant operator, a Level II license for wastewater collection and water distribution, and a Class A CDL.

Rick has thirty-five years of experience in civil construction. His career includes management of a construction company with five construction divisions; heavy and highway, municipal improvements, building, agricultural, and energy. He has managed or supervised construction projects for numerous private, State, and Federal agencies; U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Colorado Department of Transportation, U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, New Mexico Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Utah Department of Transportation, Arizona Department of Transportation, Missouri River Basin Power Company, Tucson Gas & Electric, U.S. National Park Service, and others. These projects included construction of highways, dams, canals, sewer and water pipelines, reinforced earth retaining walls, and dewatering/gathering systems.

Kim has fourteen years experience in electrical transmission construction and six years in civil construction. He was public works director for the town of Dolores, Colorado for six years and owned an electrical transmission systems construction business for ten years. Kim holds Colorado licenses as a Class B water operator, Class C wastewater operator, Class 2 distribution operator, Class 2 collection system operator, and a Class B CDL. Notable projects include management of fourteen miles of underground power installation for San Miguel Power Association, and superintendent for BWR’s Town of Vaughn sewer replacement project and Cortez fiber installation project.
